CA Harms
C.A. Harms is like any other addicted reader. She enjoys happy endings and HEA love stories. She hasn't always been a lover of Romance and had once been addicted to a good Mystery. Just recently she has taken on a new liking and now is a full blown Romance novel addict.

She lives in Illinois and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. You will always find her with her kindle or paperback in hand as it is her favorite pass time.

A little about yourself `ie your education Family life etc   Mother of 2, Married for 15 years. 
Tell us your latest news?  I have a new book, Ryan’s Love coming in August that was even a surprise to myself. It was an idea that popped in my head and I couldn’t let it go. (Another Cowboy Series has just been born)
When and why did you begin writing? I have always loved reading. In grade school and High school I used to write stories and my teacher pushed me at that point to write. I had always told her, No it was only for fun. But one day I took a chance and it flew away from there.
When did you first consider yourself a writer? 
I still have a hard time excepting the fact that I have fans, it seems surreal.
What inspired you to write your first book?  It always have ideas running through my mind, so why not put them on paper?

Do you have a specific writing style?  Just whatever feels right.
How did you come up with the title? With the help of my publisher.
How much of the book is realistic? I try to make my book as realistic as possible with real life events.
Are experiences based on someone you know, or events in your own life? Very often I pull in things that have happened to myself or others and create scenes around them. Big or small it is fine to have a small touch of my life in every book.
What books have most influenced your life most? a mentor? I am a HUGE fan of Nora Roberts and James Patterson. I know total opposites. 

Fiona: What book are you reading now? I rarely have time to read but what is up on my kindle at the moment would be, Scorched by Sarah O’Rourke
What are your current projects? A new Cowboy Series and Book 3 of the Key West Series
Name one entity that you feel supported you outside of family members. My Fans.
Fiona: Do you see writing as a career? – I honestly do it for the enjoyment of sharing my imagination with others.
If you had to do it all over again, would you change anything in your latest book? No I am happy with each story I write. 
Do you recall how your interest in writing originated? Yes my Junior High English Teacher
Is there anything you find particularly challenging in your writing? Synopsis…I have a hard time describing an entire story in only a few sentences.

Do you have anything specific that you want to say to your readers? I greatly appreciate all your support. It is because of you that I keep writing.

What makes you laugh/cry? I am an emotional person so it doesn’t take much.

What TV shows/films do you enjoy watching?  The Walking Dead.
Favorite foods / Colors/ Music? Italian Food
Color Red. Music, it really depends on my mood.
