I
loved this book! It was neat watching updates from our favorite couples,
starting with Josh and LeeLee. Then we looked in on Nicky and Cat. We watch as Cat and Nicky struggle with certain things in their relationship. Can things get fixed? After we see what happens with them, we get a chance to check in on Brodie and Ashe. Ashe is one of my favorite characters of the books. Once we get their quickie out of the way, we move on to Boomer and Rayce. We get to see Rayce freak out completely. Why? I will say that I will never look at a cookie the same again! In the 5th chapter, we get more about Tucker and Gigi and who rules that house. Each of these various chapters gives us a wrap-up of sorts for each of our couples and their families. Handsom and Shiloh greet us in Chapter 6, Frankie and Preston in 7 which was a real treat to read! I was grinning from ear to ear during this chapter. In Chapter 8, we see Tail and Maddy again. I loved the new beer label and the name given to the beer. Even more fun when Tail figures it out. In Chapter 9, we get to see all the rug rats growing up, and we get to see what the parents get up to for the Fourth of July. This book was such a fun read! I may have to go back and read it again! |
Rie is the badass, sassafras author of Sugar Daddy and the Don’t Tell series–a breakthrough trilogy that crosses traditional publishing boundaries beginning with In His Command. Her latest endeavors include the Carolina Bad Boys, a fun, hot, and southern-sexy series.
A Yankee transplant who has traveled the world, Rie started out a writer—causing her college professor to blush over her erotic poetry without one ounce of shame. Not much has changed. She swapped pen for paintbrushes and followed her other love during her twenties. From art school to marriage to children and many a wild and wonderful journey in between, Rie has come home to her calling. Her work has been called edgy, daring, and some of the sexiest smut around.
