They say opposites attract. I never believed that until I met Abby.

I was an Ivy League student, the eldest son of an affluent family, living a life of luxury and rubbing elbows with D.C.'s elite. Sounds great, right? Too bad prestige comes with a price.

When the expectations became too much, I decided to escape to the hills of West Virginia with my best friend for a summer of fun, some R & R and a little white water rafting. I wanted to lose myself in the outdoors, but instead found Abby. A petite waitress and all around spitfire, she knocked me off my game, making me want more than the casual, no strings attached relationships I was used to.

To me, she's not just another summer fling. She's something that could last.

Excerpt

“Do you trust me?” he asks, reaching for my hair tie.
“Yes,” I reply breathlessly, relaxing as I stare into the icy blue depths of his eyes.
He releases my hair and it falls down my back, its ends swirling into the cool water. He continues forward, bringing my back closer to the fall until I feel the spray from it on my shoulders. He shoves his hands in my hair and crushes his lips to mine, his tongue slipping into my mouth, exploring, tasting. Breaking our kiss, he tilts my head back gently and I close my eyes. Cold water pours over my scalp and down my neck, sending shivers down my spine. His lips brush the base of my throat and I gasp as his warm tongue glides over the sensitive skin of my neck. He nips and licks at me while stroking me deliciously with his own arousal. The chilling sensation of cool water rolling down my neck, mixed with the heat of his mouth on my throat is intoxicating. All thoughts of keeping my hair dry are long gone, replaced with pure ecstasy from Jacob’s touch.
He finally backs us away from the waterfall and pulls my lips down to meet his, shifting my body so that I'm no longer flush against him. I let out a disappointed sigh and he chuckles.
“Don't worry,” he whispers in my ear. “This only gets better.” He slowly brushes his fingers down my stomach, stopping at the waistband of my panties and teasing the edge with a gentle tug. “I want to touch you,” he growls.
I'm panting, white-hot desire coursing through my veins. “Please, Jacob.”
I feel him smile against my neck. “Please, what?” he teases as he hooks two fingers inside the elastic.
      “Touch me.”
