Review: All About the Bear

All About the Bear All About the Bear by Bianca D'Arc
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This is the first book in a series of books from Grizzly Cove in Washington state. A group of Alpha Bears have banded together to form a community. They were apparently military together. This is a group of men that he has been the leader for and the others respect him and his leadership skills. Will this idea of John's work? Will the men follow him? Can they bring in female bears that may be looking for mates and make this a community? What happens if a human wanders into their midst? What will they do then? What happens when Nell, Ashley and Tina Baker come to Grizzly Cove and want to open a bakery? Will they allow these human women into their midst? I could not stop laughing when a stranger walked into the bakery one day while the Sheriff was just getting ready to eat lunch. When the man spoke, the Sheriff took some exception to a few things. What happened was the funniest thing in the world. What happens after the stranger is taken to jail by John, the Alpha of the town, the Sheriff has to deal with Nell and what she has seen. Her reactions are priceless. Nell's unexpected lesson really opened up a whole new world for her. It was a blast to read this book!
